The objective of the Client Service Charter is to inform our clients and stakeholders about:

- • The standards of the services offered and;
- • The way those services are provided
This charter demonstrates Dar-es-salaam Flying Doctors’ (DFD) commitment to meet our client’s
expectations. It further outlines obligations of our client to enable us to deliver quality
professional medical services. It also provides a mechanism for feedback from our esteemed clients.
